Weight loss Smoothie

Flat Belly Smoothie
Makes 1 serving:

Ingredients
3 ounces of vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt
1tbsp of almond butter
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen pineapples
1 cup of kale
¾ cup of water




Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy immediately.
